MONITORING CONTEXT & HEALTH
Breathing discomfort to people with asthma or lung conditions.
POLLUTANT BREAKDOWN
Primary source: Road dust, construction debris, mechanical friction
GROUND EVIDENCE & ATTRIBUTION
Air / Ground
The visible flame is one moment in a longer chain of collection, incentives and responsibility.
Telling people not to burn waste is incomplete when collection is unreliable, mixed material has no destination, or responsibility is diffuse.
This prototype frames an editorial question that AWE intends to investigate. It is not presented as a completed finding.
AWE will add reporting, local observation and expert review before treating this page as a definitive account.
What we know
What we don’t know
Who is responsible?
Local operators, waste generators, contractors and relevant municipal authorities.

Keep following the evidence
AWE will follow the sources, the institutions responsible and the evidence needed to know whether an intervention worked.
From emissions to exposure, the questions become more human when measurement leaves the dashboard and enters daily life.
A public index, a pollutant concentration and a person’s exposure answer different questions.
